Large typographic brackets gather rehabs, conversions and repair lists into one named scope, visually demonstrating how scattered concerns become coordinated work. A brace that groups many observations under one accountable heading.

Three Honest Takes
Every project is shown in three equally important documentary takes: the condition received, the work being handled and the visible result. The entire site adopts the logic of a disciplined contact sheet. A documentary contact sheet in which before, process and result share equal evidential weight.
Concept 03Selected design
Before the Tools Come Out
An authentic unfinished room fills the screen while a clean roll of floor-protection paper carries the scope, facts and actions. That protected strip advances through raw conditions, work in progress and finished evidence. Protection is laid down before work begins, making preparation and respect for the home the first visible act.
Concept 04
Clear About What We Know
Opaque fields contain confirmed facts; translucent vellum fields contain questions that require a site visit. As evidence accumulates, the composition becomes more solid and resolved. A tracing-paper layer separates what can be understood from photographs from what must be confirmed at the property.
